About The Polish
What is 21 Free? - 21 Free nail polish is a non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free lacquer formula designed without 21 common harmful, synthetic chemical ingredients found in conventional polish, such as formaldehyde, toluene, parabens, and camphor. It offers a healthier alternative that reduces exposure to toxins, prevents skin irritation, and is typically long-lasting and chip-resistant.
How much polish is in a bottle? - Our current bottles that we offer contain 15mL (.5oz) and come with a wide paddle brush. We may change these bottles in the future, but as of this time, all other options we have looked at also would be 15mL bottles.
What are the ingredients in your polish? - ETHYL ACETATE, BUTYL ACETATE, NITROCELLULOSE, ADIPIC ACID/NEOPENTYL GLYCOL/TRIMELLITIC, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, ACETYL TRIBUTYL CITRATE, SILICA, N-BUTYL ALCOHOL, BENZOPHENONE-3, VIOLET #2 (will also contain pigment and/or glitter)
About The Shipping
How are polishes shipped? - At this time, we package the bottles in individual bubble wrap envelopes and ship in either a bubble mailer or small box depending on the size of your order. USPS has been great and we've never had issues with our products coming damaged in any way, but please let us know if this ever happens so we can make it right! All orders are insured.
How long will it take to get my order? - We ship orders 1-3 days after they are placed. By default, we ship using USPS Ground Advantage so it may take anywhere from 2-5 days to receive your order in the mail. There is an option to choose USPS Priority for slightly faster shipping, but in our experience, Ground Advantage typically gets to its destination around the same time a Priority package does depending on location. We are located in Alabama so the closer you are, the faster you will likely receive your order despite what shipping option you choose. *Please wait at least 7 business days after receiving your shipping notification before reaching out regarding orders that have not been received.
About Collabs
Do you currently participate in any of the indie collabs? - Yes! We have been actively participating in Little Box of Horrors and Smidgen of Us and hope to expand the collabs we are working with in the near future.
What is Little Box of Horrors? - LBH is a monthly collab where several indie makers sell their products based around a planned theme. Themes are announced on their Facebook group the month before they are offered. We typically offer 3 different polishes each month with them. This is a monthly shop that is open at 12pm pacific time on the 22nd and closes on the 30th. Wishlisting will open on the 18th of each month. *Please note - LBH is a preorder and they are very good about keeping you updated on their shipping activity. Please refer to their shipping thread in their Facebook group for more details.

What is Smidgen of Us? - SOU is a bi-monthly collab where several indie makers sell their products based around a planned theme, much like LBH. Themes are announced on their Facebook group the month before they are offered. We typically offer 3 different polishes every other month with them. This bi-monthly shop opens around the 23rd of every other month and closes on the 30th. Wishlisting is open on the 19th of each month they are open. Like LBH, SOU is a preorder.

Can I do PR or swatching for TPPC? - At this time, all PR spots are filled, but we will post to our social media if we are looking for swatchers. We do ask that you make a purchase before asking to swatch for us. This ensures that you become familiar with our quality and practices so you can be sure we're a brand you personally align with.
